He is very angry at all of this. I ask you when you are out that you get the money and find a way to send him some of it for his effort. Once I returned back to my office and looked at the web, I was able to see why. The money is out in the open water and quickly heading North in the current. This current moves North rather quick along the entire coast all the way to Nigeria. If it continues to move at its present speed, it could reach Nigerian waters in about 14 days. Wouldn't that be weird? I am currently investigating options to hire a boat from someone in one of the West African nations to head out and recover the box. I don't suppose that you know how to get access to a boat do you? If the box makes it all the way to Nigeria, it would be all too easy for us to get a boat from Nigeria to do this for us. Let me know what you think. If someone with a boat can find the box ,how would you get the box to me? This seems like a difficult process. I also want you to send my brother in-law $850 for the expenses he has. He is still very disappointed in the trip and needs to get his money back from you. I don't mind sending it I guess but you know my situation. I am no where near a bank or town to do this. Plus, I do not have any actual cash. This is going to take some time. I have not been able to find a boat to hire yet. The fishing companies that I tried to contact do not return phone calls and the one that I did talk to wanted $5,000.00 up front before doing anything. I do not have $5000.00 or a way to get them that kind of money. I really think that planning for the worst is always the best idea. I think that it would be a good idea for you to investigate hiring a boat from Nigeria if the box makes it that far. Being so close to the water the way you are, I would imagine that you would be able to find someone interested in helping with his. If you told them that you would pay them when the job is done, you could go on the boat with them to recover the box, then, once you recover it, open it up and pay them. You could even offer them a bonus if you wanted. Your thoughts? How would someone find the box in the water. It moves to fast for the website to be accurate and useful. Someone would need to be on a computer to track the box. They would have to be able to talk to the boat with a radio or cellphone if the boat is close enough to the shore. I suspect that the guy with the boat might already have a GPS locator on his boat. GPS is extremely common amoung commercial fisherman. In case he does not though, you should be able to rent a locator locally the way Tony did. In the meantime, I am still working on finding someone else with a boat to help. Let's just keep out fingers crossed that I will find someone soon. I told him to go fuck himself. How much would the guy you told me about charge for something like this? I can not believe that someone asked for $50.000 for that. He was just trying to rob you. Let me look for others that may be able to help. That's a good idea. Perhaps it would be best not to tell them what is in the box. I don't want any of these guys getting any ideas that they are entitled to a share of this money. Do not tell anyone eles about this cuz we do not want the police to find out what is happened or we will lose this chance. no one in going to get the box for nothing and will ask questions about the contents. we should tell them that it has medicine for a hospitel. That's fine by me. I have been having the worst luck with these guys. They say that they will help but then want all of the money. What a bunch of ass clowns. How many have you talked to so far?
