Who else have you alerted on this issue before now? I will also like to have your company's name and website to enable me do some more findings before coming over. While waiting to hear from you, I remain Regards, Okoma ______________________________________________________________________ From: Troy McClure To: Steven Okoma Date: Jul 3, 2006 7:12 AM Subject: Re: Your email Hi Steve, First off, I am contracted through NASA ( http://www.nasa.gov/home/index.html?skipIntro=1 ). Second, I have spoken to four other people like yourself. Their names are unimportant because I am pretty sure that the names that they gave me were not their real names. None of them worked out. All they kept doing was asking me to send them money, even though they knew full well that I could not. They will not interfer with this project of ours though. They have no reason to plus, they have no details of what I am going to do. Talk to you later, Troy ______________________________________________________________________ From: Steven Okoma To: Troy McClure Date: Jul 3, 2006 8:55 AM Subject: Re: Your email Hello Troy, Thank you for your swift response.I have found out some work by NASA going on in Namibia. Since you're contracted through NASA,I will like to have your own company's or private site where you were contracted from. Meanwhile, I have made some findings about obtaining a visa for Namibia.I will keep you posted in every development. There is no private site. That is all that I can give you. I don't understand what you are getting at or why it matters. I was contracted directly through NASA. In other words, the contract is directly between me and NASA. Perhaps if you could elaborate a bit more, I can get you what you are looking for. I have been briefed by my contact man on how to acquire visa to Namibia. I was told that there's no direct flight to Namibia. I can only obtain a transit visa from south Africa. I will make out time to go to embassy to have things workout . Today is an American holiday so I spent most of the day surfing. I meant to ask you before, how familiar are you with GPS (global positioning satellites)? Do you know what a GPS locator is? Troy ______________________________________________________________________ From: Steven Okoma To: Troy McClure Date: Jul 4, 2006 10:09 AM Subject: Your mail No. I have not come across that. Okoma ______________________________________________________________________ From: Troy McClure To: Steven Okoma Date: Jul 4, 2006 1:08 PM Subject: Re: Your mail Steve, When you were looking at the website that I sent you before, that had the photograph of the compound here, you were unknowingly using GPS. You were able to find the exact location of the tracker that I have sitting on my desk by simply using your web browser, right? When I finally take the money, I am going to place a GPS tracker (like the one on my desk) with the money. This way, the money's location can be tracked at all times. Go look at this website too: http://www.garmin.com/outdoor/geocaching/units.html It is one of many sources to purchase a portable GPS locator. These are very easy to use. My 7 year old son has one of these. The portable units will show you your exact location. Now, all you need is the exact location of the money, and you are all set. You will be able to find and pickup the money at your leisure, on your schedule, whenever you feel like it. Plus, I will know when you have picked it up simply by noting the change in position of the money. You see how perfect this plan is? Once the money has vanished, they will no doubt think that someone who has been here at the compound took the money. They will have no way of knowing that I took it. And the best part is, only you and I will know where it is. Do a Google search on "GPS" or "geocaching" for other information. It's not like you can just step onto a plane with this much money. I am not really sure how to deal with this but I am opened to suggestions. I should have it soon. I will thnnk of a way to the money out of Namibia. How much is it and how big is the package? Okoma ______________________________________________________________________ From: Troy McClure To: Steven Okoma Date: Jul 6, 2006 7:20 AM Subject: Re: Your mail Steve, I am happy to hear that you understand the GPS thing. It really is quite easy to use. I will try to count the money. Like I said before, it is several hundred thousand dollars but I will know more later after I find the time to count it without anyone walking in on me. I do know one thing though. I fits nicely into a medium sized briefcase. When I take it, I will put in into a case that you would transport electronics in. We use them all the time out here due to the dusty conditions. I cannot get a direct flight to Namibia but to South African. To obtain visa with a Virgin Passport as the call it is not easy. I have not been opportuned to travel out of this country and my passport remains virgin. I will certainly obtain one but will be atleast a week interval. In regards to how to move the cash to Nigeria, I will open an account in South African and have the money transfer to my account here in Nigeria. How to move the money is not a problem but to obtain visa in the shortest period of time. Lets pray and hope something happens as not expected. One question, who kept the money and why have you not alerted any of your friends or reletives? It took me nearly three months to get mine once. It is a pain in the ass for sure. I like the idea about the South African bank account. One question though. Isn't depositing that much money at one time going to alert someone in authority? I mean, won't someone start asking where the money came from? Could this be a risk? Would it be better to have several accounts opened and deposit smaller amounts in that do not look so suspicious? About my friends and relatives, I am not exactly proud of what I am going to be doing. I have never been one to steal anything in my entire life. I especially would not want my son to find out what I am doing. Stealing is wrong and I do not want him to think that it is OK to do it just because I did it. I did a test yesterday. I buried a GPS tracker in a few feet of sand. I was not able to pickup its signal. Therefore, I will not be burying this money. Instead, I was thinking for ease of recovery, I would simply drive it as far south as I can from here, put it near the shore, and cover it will a dull colored tarp. The tarp will look like one of the rocks from a distance so if anyone should ever drive near it, it will not be noticed. Troy ______________________________________________________________________
