I must say I am very honored
to be considered as the director of entertainment for your wedding reception on
the 26th of February 2005. The distance
involved the location in PA is not that great from the location where I am at
in Ohio and the resulting travel expenses would be very modest. The total contracted wage for the
entertainment would be $725.00 and the travel expenses would be $110.00 thus the total amount would be $835.00.
I will prepare a packet of
information and mail it to you at the Paris address you listed, or anywhere
else you would prefer it be sent. I
would like to speak with you one time at least, prior to your wedding day, via

I am very much concerned
because your check has not arrived yet, and the pending day of your celebration
is upcoming rapidly. There is so very
much preparation that needs to be done in order for me to deliver what I
consider to be the very best entertainment for you and Albe. My deepest concerns lie right now with the
check and the clearing process in order to get the payment to your publishers
in time to get them to the states for the coverage of your gala affair. I checked into it today, and it appears the
only way to handle this is for me to deposit your certified check into my
checking account and draft 3 certified checks on my account for the publishers
payment. I have no problem doing that,
accept Western Union charges a handling fee of $97 US and that needs to be paid
in cash at the time of the wire transfer.
When I draft the certified checks I simply will not have the money
available in my account to cover this fee until your certified check clears and
I will receive payment for your upcoming wedding. Could you please fed ex next day or 2 day fed ex service the $97
US to me at my mailing address I provided to you before (I will resend it if you need me to) and I
can get all of this taken care of for you.

My response 2-15-2005 (following a cell phone call from her “brother”)
Hi Nicole,
Your brother called me today at about 12:00pm EST to inquire about the check
and if I had received it. That was most considerate of him. He
asked that I email you and let you know the status if I had received it or
not. I did not receive it in today's mail. I think he was right when
he said we may have to cancel that check and have a new one issued. With
the impending date of your wedding drawing near, we do not have much time to
handle this, so we must hurry.
Please have that check canceled and send out a new one, additionally please
include the $97 US in cash for the processing fees, since I will need to max
out my credit cards just to send the payment back to the publishers I will not
have any funds available until your check clears. Which the bank is
telling me will be 3-5 business days. If you want me to express mail the
publishers the money, that will cost an additional $35 so if you want me to do
that, please include that as well in cash.
If you cannot access US $ euros or pounds will be fine, however I am not
familiar with the conversion from US $ in either one of those currencies.

he could have as well told us not to entrust money with someone we are meeting
fresh,but as the saying goes does that Faith is an evidence of things not seen
and also an assurance of things hoped for so was why we were more than
confident in you and even before seeing your nice photo...
Also we know we are the very one dealing with you and should know you better
than any one else and wouldnt want anybody to create a kind of skeptcism in us
which we know wouldnt help but break the establishment of truth,trust and
understanding between us with the faith and knows would bring aboutl
misconception just like your friend did now..
Further,you should realise how we have both come and also how we have really
been appreciating all your efforts and concern,which had even made us to
reinstructed and reauthorised the issuer to reissue another one,even has he
told us that he was asked to pay certain charges for the cancellation upon the
first one and we told him we shall be responsible for that and pay him back
when we return..
Brad,i know this is a kind of misunderstanding caused by your friend,which has
made you sounded as if you dont even have a modicum of trust in us,but i know
it wasnt your fault and was your friend,just as my mom said when i mailed to
explained things to her and she promised to mail you herslef and even send her
photo to you,just like i shall do here too,only that i didnt bring my photos
along but will try and go out soon to see if i could get a photo studio where i

Please try and understand what am saying and realise that its not with any ill
feelings but just expressing my mind for the sake of the

so glad to know that you have alreadily withdrawn the publishers money from

Hello Nicole,
I am terribly sorry if you
took offense to my vocalized concern about processing the money, however you
have to admit that it appears to look worrisome. It has been over one month at this point and the check still has
not arrived as of the end of business today.
Being the daughter of the highly renowned U.S. Navy Officer John
Anderson, and apparently a practicing Orthodox Serbian you must realize how
unusual it is that you have not talked to me at all about the wedding. I too am a practicing Orthodox Serbian
"Dobro Nam Dolsi" and it has been just 9 short months since I made my
last pilgrimage to Fruska Gora Manistri to celebrate the Lickalottapuss. I am very
concerned about the details for the wedding, one week from now your celebration
will take place, and I have no details about what I need to do. I just have an address of where to go.
1-Please help me be
reassured and answer my questions about the reception below.
2-What time will your
reception start?
3-Will you and Albe be there
at the early start time, or will you arrive slightly later after all of the
distinguished guests are seated?
4-Will anyone be providing
toasts? (I am sure they will, but I
need names)
5-Will anyone lead the Serbian
blessing in the traditional manor with cymbals and wooden sticks or will you be
doing it in the contemporized manor with sparklers and exotic table
dancers?

am just very concerned about the apparent lack of interest you have in the
wedding and only wish to discuss the money.
It was really a very simple request, and it was totally
disregarded. With my credit cards
maxed, and gambling a lot of money on this transaction, I don't have any room
for doubt. I am a very busy
professional entertainer and simply do not have the time to be jerked around
about this. If you want me to go
forward with this agreement, you must fulfill the following terms.
1. Answer the questions and
submit the answers before midnight Saturday.
2. Provide me with a play
list of music for your wedding before midnight Sunday.
3. Send me a picture of yourself holding a sign the reads RokJox Entertainment before midnight Monday
4. make sure the check is
here before midnight Wednesday so I have enough time to express payment to the
publishers.
As you provide me with the
good faith tokens I will provide you with some proof I am doing what I promise
to do.
After I get the answers to
the questions, I will scan and email you copies of the checks I already have
made out for the publishers.
Once I get your picture and
check I will immediately international express the payments out and will not
wait for the check to clear , then I
will email you a copy of the shipping bill to show you I have done it. Please don't make me think I am making a
mistake, satisfy my needs for reassurance and I will handle all of this for
you. I promise!

I got your message though,but i was so downcast and depressed by the
shocking news that almost broke me into tears and gave me a cold moment
yesterday which didnt couldnt make me reply you fast,until Allbe had to
carefully explained explicitly to me why the wedding date was changed,and
immediately did i mail mom and narrated everything to her,and as usual and as
she has ever been their to keep my spirit and heart strong,she calmed me and

any occassion of such,seeing how you have acted and the role you played in
seeing the success of the day,though an entertainer,but has putting in more
than enetertainment and thats what matters..
I read through your sent mail carefully and was too overwhlemed with every
statement and even knowing you the more,i cant just wait to get my photo across
to you,and did you get moms mail??, and her picture as she said she would mail
you yesterday..
I was beside Allbe, reading from his friend not long now and i read a portion
where the guy confirmed the status of the new payment sent,which he said he had
used a Postal Money Order for you to cash the payment fast and Allbe had told
him to issue ($10,000USD) so you could use the extra ($200USD) for the charges
in maxing the publishers money from your card and send to them as soon as you
recieve it and surely that woud be anytime soonest,in nexweek..
Its been so long but for good reasons,things chooses to be so,just to bring us
together better..

Please excuse my complete and
total wariness regarding this transaction.
You have given me absolutely no reason to trust that this is an
unadulterated true business deal. I have
worked with hundreds of couples over the years, and the simple fact that you
refuse to answer my questions regarding your reception itinerary indicated red
flags that something was wrong. Every couple
I worked with and those that I am currently working with insist that all
details are discussed thoroughly and all of their criteria is known. You have not answered a single
question.
You have in fact entrusted me with
a tremendous sum of money, however I do not know if this check is legitimate or
if it is a fake. It appears to be real,
but I have never seen a fake one. The
way it stands right now I don’t trust you are who you say you are and your deal
is on the up and up. I am sorry, but
you have created these doubts and concerns.
Had the questions about the reception itinerary been addressed right up
front I never would have given this matter a second thought and just sent the
checks off without thinking twice about them, but your blatant skirting of the
issue has left me in the uncomfortable predicament of not trusting you.
Albe’s phone call today may have
made things worse. He ignored what I
asked, insisted I mail the checks right now, and disregarded my feelings about
the need to feel that this deal was a trustworthy one. At this point, I do not know if my trust can
be restored. About the only thing that
would convince me otherwise are the answers to the questions, and
photographs. Immediately.
My level of doubt has reached a
new level of concern. Now I am in need
of 2 photographs of Nicole. One holding
a sign that reads “RokJox Entertainment” and the other of her topless holding a
wine glass. I am sorry for the extreme
nature of the photo demand, however you have pushed me to this point and if you
want this check cashed and my checks sent out, these needs need to be met
immediately or I am simply sending your check on to the publishers and they can
deal with it themselves.
