Charlie Fake has confirmed to me that he has been filming Peter for some time now and still is. Time to give Peter the bad news that he's had a wasted journey. Date: 25 March 2005 Max N. Thanks to Charlie Fake though, as well as my telephone calls we also have some video and audio footage!
A link to the video footage is below. Some information is required. There are some parts where Charlie Fake couldn't get footage of Peter whilst he was on the phone to me. Of course, though he was filming from a VERY sensible distance away, there were times when filming had to be stopped so as not to look too suspicious and also when moving around into position. In these parts the screen will appear blank, most noticeably for the first minute of the video. The next step in my cunning plan is to try to convince Peter's boss that I DID actually hand over the cash. As soon as I made the final telephone call to Peter I emailed Matins Davis: From: Max N. Paddy (Shiver Metimbers)
I tried to call you three times on your number but there was no reply, so I have decided to send you a message. I met Mr. Peter Jones a short while ago and handed over the payment to him, so expect a call from him soon. Please will you confirm to me and Mr. Shanks when you are in receipt of the payment. I wait about 1/2 hour then send Davis another email claiming I had received a telephone call from Peter Jones complaining that I had not turned up. From: Max N. Paddy (Shiver Metimbers)
To cause further confusion and panic I ensure all telephone numbers to me that Davis has are "disconnected"!

Davis is unconvinced of Max's innocence and replies to Ed Shanks. From: Matins Davis Hello Well I don’t believed Mr Max that he gave the money to them because I told him that he should call me before handing the money to them, which he did not call but he give them Money as said did, for I did not accept that explaintion from Mr Max. Okay, I talk to Mr Jones on phone and said he will involve police inside for lieing against him, is Mr Max ready to go to police with them, please tell Max to call me and put Jones in comferance in other for us hear each other, Am just wondering WHY Mr Max wants to pay this money in cash, I expected him tell Mr Jones to sign his signature before making payment of as such amount since he cloud not hear voice on phone. Please tell me what is HAPPENING ? I know how many times I called Mr Jones on phone , even the today before their meeting I called for two times, Lastly,,,,, why didn’t Mr Max Take Jones picture when is he has received the money from him ????? before an investigation into this matter can be launched. Please
write down in your own handwriting exactly what you know to be true

lost all of this money, so need your help. If Mr. Jones stole the
money then he should be give it to you.
Davis doesn't reply to Ed Shanks until the next day. Seems Peter is miffed... From: Matins Davis Hello Shanks Well Mr Jones is going to report the it to UK police but he needs Mr Max contact address, he tried reaching him {Mr Max} on phone but no way, as the phone is off, I my self have tried reach max too on phone but i cloudn't as well. The picture he took Mr Jones is not the point because i told him not to give any money to Jones till he hear from me, and i am always on phone with Mr Max even before the time he give this money out i called him and inform him not give till hear from him. {1} SO WHY DID HE GIVE OUT THE MONEY ?????????? Mr Shanks something is wronge somewhere please,{2} for how long will this take us ??? {3} Bytheway the world we live in now does it allow such amount of money paid in cash with out any docuently signasture???? {4} If this money was sent direct to me will all this Happened ?? please we need way out NOW, I have asked four QUESTION which i think you and Mr Max need to answer for me Davis
