A trusted assistant and close friend of Rev. Belcher, Rev. Boyd is able to take phone calls and emails while Rev. Belcher is away. Since Rev. Boyd is not the primary contact for the scammers, they have lower expectations out of him. He does not always have the information that the scammers need immediately.
